Who we are
This website is operated by GoCartly. If you have any question about this policy, contact us using the details on our contact page.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us in the form, including your company, phone number, country, project type, budget range and timeline.
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe we store your email address and, if you give it, your name.
- Usage information. We record page views and clicks on this site using our own first-party analytics. Visitors are counted using a one-way hash of IP address and browser that is regenerated every day; it cannot be reversed to identify a person, and it is not shared with anyone.
What we do with it
We use enquiry details to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We use subscription details to send the updates you asked for. We use usage information to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website unless a tool has been explicitly enabled and disclosed here.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may need them for our business relationship and any legal obligation. Analytics records are kept for the retention period configured in our admin settings and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address on our contact page and we will respond.
